How to use the Enquiry Stream? 

Step-by-step guidance to manage, respond, and convert enquiries effectively

When you log in to venues.hirespace.com, the Growth section provides tools to help you track performance and grow your venue business. Within this area, you’ll find a subsection:
Enquiry Stream

These features are available exclusively to users of our  Growth Core and  Growth Prime packages.

The Enquiry Stream works by displaying client enquiries submitted through the Hire Space website. When clients add suitable venues to their request, they can also indicate that they are open to hearing from additional venues. These enquiries appear in your Enquiry Stream, allowing you to reach out directly.

The Enquiry Stream dashboard allows you to view all relevant enquiries. To refine your results, you can use the filter function to narrow down enquiries by event type, budget, or proximity to your venue. Frequently used filters can be saved, making it easy to return to them when you’re looking for specific types of events.

Each enquiry includes a short overview, and by clicking Show full event brief, you can access all details about the request. To contact the client, simply select the green Contact Customer button.

At this stage, you can either draft a new message or use a pre-prepared template.
When ready, click Send Answer to submit your proposal. For reassurance, you can also use the Send me a test email option to see exactly how your message will appear.

To create templates, navigate to  Settings, open the Quick Template section, and then click Create Template.

You can create as many templates as you wish. We recommend preparing templates for:

  • Each space you have available

  • Each type of event you are pitching for (e.g., separate templates for weddings and conferences)

Additionally, you can upload files and photos directly. There is no need to link to your Hire Space profile, as it will be automatically included when you submit a proposal.

Once your proposal is sent, the client receives it immediately via email. If they are interested, they will reply directly and begin an email conversation with you, following the same process as the Fast Track system. To avoid missing important responses, ensure that you have whitelisted the relevant Hire Space email domains and IP addresses.
