How to whitelist Hire Space so I can receive enquiries.

Asking your IT team to whitelist all hirespace.com and reply.hirespace.com emails will enable you to receive and respond to emails we send.

It is common for venues to contact Hire Space to find out why they are not receiving enquiries, notifications or both from us. As a result, venues miss out on potential bookings to their venue.

There are a few reasons as to why this may happen. Firstly - shared mailboxes. If your mailbox is shared by more than one person please make sure emails are not being deleted by your colleagues.

Another reason may be that our emails are reaching your junk/spam. If so mark the email as 'not spam/junk. That way our emails will reach your inbox.

Lastly, find out if there is an automation setup that is deleting/archiving the emails. This can happen if the mailbox you are using had a previous owner who might have set a filter up. If so, remove the filter.

The most common reason is due to high-security email filters. In order to prevent this from happening venues will need to send the following to their IT team so you can start receiving responding to our enquires.

Whitelist all hirespace.com, reply.hirespace.com and notify.hirespace.com email domains. Below are the IP addresses those emails get sent from.
