What's the difference between Fast Track and Venue Expert Enquiries?

Enquiries can come from different channels as part of the Hire Space venue booking service.

1. Venue Expert

Our Venue Experts work on our corporate clients’ event briefs and source the best-suited venue options for every enquiry. These are handled in much the same way that any agency booking is, with one of our team and your venue manager!

First Response

We understand quotations might vary depending on the event requirements. Before we suggest your venue, we’ll send you a quotation request. To convert more enquiries, you should respond to quotation requests as fast as possible. We build proposals using photos, descriptions listed on your venue profiles on hirespace.com, so you only need to respond new requests with your quotation and availability, and our platform will do the rest! 

You have 24 hours before a request expires. 

Completing a Booking

Once the Account Executive receives instructions from the client to confirm a booking and proceed to contract stage, they will introduce the client to the Venue Manager who will then liaise with the client directly. On occasion, our Account Executive will remain as the client's agent throughout the contracting process. 

Similar to Fast Track bookings, once a booking is completed, an Account Executive will get in touch and make sure your booking details are logged on your Hire Space account. This helps us send you a commission invoice after the event takes place. 

 

2. Fast Track

First Response

Clients can contact you directly through hirespace.com. These fast-track enquiries are handled by our automated email system. We’ll send you an automated notification email when there’s a new enquiry. To convert more enquiries, you should respond to clients as fast as possible. 

Enquiries will be open for 24 hours, after which they will expire and the client will be sent new venue options.

Completing a Booking

For Fast Track enquiries, it is up to the Venue Manager to negotiate and confirm venue booking fees and relevant quotations with the client. Once a booking is completed, an Account Executive will get in touch and make sure your booking details are logged on your Hire Space account. This helps us send you a commission invoice after the event takes place. 

To make sure you receive a correct invoice, we’ll send you a request for the relevant final contracts, receipts or invoice(s) as sent to the client.
