Your Growth Dashboard
The Growth Dashboard (labelled "Enhanced Visibility" in the sidebar) gives you a snapshot of how your venue is performing across bookings, enquiries and digital reach. This feature is available to venues on Growth Core and Growth Prime.
What you'll see
The dashboard shows four metric cards for each of your Prime venues:
Booking Performance
- Total Booking Value: the combined value of all bookings received through Hire Space
- Bookings: the total number of confirmed bookings
- Average: your average booking value
Enquiry Performance
- Total Enquiry Value: the combined estimated value of all enquiries received
- Enquiries: the total number of enquiries
- Average: your average enquiry value
Digital Engagement
- Total Impressions: how many times your venue appeared in search results and category pages
- Interactions: clicks on your profile, photo views and other engagement
- Clicks: direct clicks through to your venue profile
Total Value
- A combined view of your digital value (the estimated value of your search visibility) and your booking value
Understanding your metrics
These numbers reflect your venue's performance on the Hire Space platform. A few things to keep in mind:
- Impressions count every time your venue appears in a search result or recommendation, even if the planner doesn't click through. High impressions with low clicks may mean your profile photos or descriptions needs updating.
- Interactions vs Clicks: interactions include any engagement with your listing (hovering, viewing photos, expanding details). Clicks are when someone navigates directly to your full profile.
- Booking Value only includes bookings confirmed through Hire Space. Events booked directly with your venue after an initial Hire Space introduction may not appear here.
For free listing venues
If your venue is on a free listing, you'll see the dashboard section with an option to upgrade to Growth Core or Prime. Free listing venues do not have access to performance metrics.
Tips
- Check your dashboard regularly to spot trends. A spike in impressions without a corresponding rise in enquiries might mean your pricing or availability needs updating.
- Compare your Booking Performance and Enquiry Performance to understand your conversion rate. If you're getting lots of enquiries but few bookings, consider reviewing your response time and quote turnaround.
