Can I undo a change?

Reverse a Real Time Intelligence change in the venues app.

Yes. You can undo any change you applied, from the venues app.

How to undo a change

  1. Log in and open Intelligence > Real Time Intelligence.
  2. Find the run for the event and select the arrow to open it.
  3. Next to the applied suggestion, select Undo.
  4. Check what will change, then select Undo change. To leave it as it is, select Keep it.

Your proposal updates straight away, and the suggestion shows as Undone.

What undo does

  • Inclusion: the item is removed from your proposal.
  • Price change: the line goes back to its previous price or number of units. We only change it back if the line still has the price you applied. If you've edited it since, we leave your edit alone.
  • Discount: the discount is removed and your total goes back up.
  • Highlight: the line is removed from "why we recommend you".

When you can't undo

You can't undo a change once the proposal is closed (won, lost or cancelled), or once it's in a contract that's been sent to the client. To change a sent contract, update it from the enquiry in the venues app.

The page you open from the email doesn't have an undo button. Use the venues app.
