Understanding the Real Time Intelligence report

Read the stats, the runs and the outcomes on the Real Time Intelligence page.

The Real Time Intelligence page shows every suggestion we've made for your venue and what happened next. Open it from Intelligence > Real Time Intelligence, the first item under Intelligence in the sidebar.

The stats

  • Runs: the times we analysed one of your proposals.
  • Runs with an applied suggestion: the share of runs where you applied at least one change.
  • Win rate: applied vs not: how often you won when you applied a change, compared with when you didn't. It only counts decided runs. It's a comparison only; it doesn't prove the suggestions caused the wins.
  • Price rises you applied on bookings you won: the extra revenue from price rises you applied and kept, on bookings you went on to win.

The list of runs

Each row is one run, newest first. It shows:

  • the run date, the client and the event;
  • what started it: Competing proposals or After our pitch to the client;
  • the changes you applied;
  • the outcome: Won, Lost (with the reason, where we have one), Pending or Cancelled;
  • a link to the proposal comparison report, when there is one.

Cancelled enquiries aren't counted in the win rates. Runs are listed even when emails are turned off. Use the filters to narrow the list by run date or by what started the run.

Open a run

Select the arrow on a row to see each suggestion: the change, why, the impact and its status.

  • Applied: when and how it was applied, with an Undo button.
  • Undone: you reversed the change.
  • Pending: not applied yet. Choose Apply or Dismiss.
  • Not applied: it can no longer be applied, with the reason.

No runs yet?

You'll see "No Real Time Intelligence yet" until we've analysed one of your proposals. If you'd like more suggestions, select Change the minimum to lower your minimum competing proposals.

The impact figures are our analysis, based on your pricing, the other proposals for the event and your recent wins and losses. They're approximate.
