Changing your Real Time Intelligence settings

Set the minimum competing proposals and turn emails on or off.

Each venue has two Real Time Intelligence settings. They're in Intelligence settings, in the Real Time Intelligence section.

Open the settings

  1. Log in to the venues app.
  2. Open Intelligence > Real Time Intelligence and select Settings, or go to Intelligence settings.
  3. If you manage more than one venue, choose the venue.
  4. Scroll to Real Time Intelligence.

Minimum competing proposals

We only look at a proposal once at least this many other venues have priced the same event.

  • Enter a whole number from 1 to 10. The default is 3.
  • A lower number means more suggestions, based on less data.
  • After we pitch your venue to a client, we always send one suggestion, whatever the minimum.

Real Time Intelligence emails

This switch turns the emails on or off for everyone who receives this venue's enquiries.

  • When it's off, we still make suggestions. You'll find them in Intelligence > Real Time Intelligence.
  • Turning it back on doesn't resend earlier emails.
  • To stop the emails for yourself only, use Unsubscribe at the bottom of any Real Time Intelligence email.

Save

Save your changes with the save bar at the bottom of the page. If the minimum is outside 1 to 10, you'll see an error and can't save until you fix it.

Growth Prime venues can change these settings during their included period too.
