Managing Enquiries on Hire Space

All venue enquiries can be managed through the My Enquiries section on venues.hirespace.com

Enquiries fall into two categories:

Direct Enquiries come directly from clients browsing Hire Space. These are sent to your registered email address, and you should reply to the client directly from your inbox. The platform provides an overview of these enquiries, but does not replace email communication.

Concierge Enquiries are managed by the Hire Space Client Services team on behalf of the client. In this case, all communication is handled with the Hire Space representative rather than the client directly.

The Enquiries Dashboard includes tools to help you manage requests efficiently. You can search by unique enquiry reference, filter by status or date range, and, if managing multiple venues, select which venue’s enquiries to view. Each enquiry shows essential details such as the event name, client, budget, date, and company, providing a clear overview to support your next steps.

This system ensures all enquiries are accessible in one place, making it simple to track progress and respond effectively.
