Managing your venue shortlists in Hire Space 360 allows you to keep your event planning organized and efficient. Here’s how you can add and remove venues from your shortlist.
Adding Venues to a Shortlist
To add a venue to a shortlist, you need to either start by creating a new shortlist or editing an existing one. Navigate to the shortlist area and select the "Edit" option for an existing shortlist or "Create New Shortlist" for a new one. Once you are in the shortlist editing interface, click on the "Add a Venue" tab. From there, you can search for venues by name. Once you find the venue you want to add, click the button that allows you to add it to your shortlist. This will include the venue in your selected list, making it easy to reference and manage.
Removing Venues from a Shortlist
To remove a venue from a shortlist, follow a similar process. Go to the shortlist area and choose the "Edit" option for the relevant shortlist. In the selected venues tab, locate the venue you want to remove and click the "Remove" button. Be aware that this action cannot be undone. If you delete a venue by mistake, you will need to add it again by searching for the venue name in the "Add a Venue" tab.
