Analysing the contextual answers to the question, "If you could change something about Hire Space, what would it be?", we've discovered the top running theme was that Venue Managers wanted more feedback after submitting a quotation for an enquiry.
In response to this, our Product and Sales teams have joined forces shortly after the internal survey report was released and designed an automated mechanism.
As a result, in 3 months, we will be releasing automated enquiry feedback to venues. Every time an enquiry closes, you'll receive a notification telling you why the client did not progress with your venue.
These notifications will be as contextual as possible so both the venue and our team can analyse the data periodically and apply data-driven changes to improve conversion rates.
