The online tool is designed to allow corporate bookers to keep up-to-date with new venue openings and to manage all of their company's enquiries and bookings. We've discovered through user interviews that most corporate bookers share an annual event budget with other colleagues. To make budget-monitoring easier for company teams, the HS PRO dashboard also allows admins to export reports in one click.

Account Managers work closely with HS PRO companies via this dashboard. From the company's annual event calendar to internal staff parties, from venue finding to supplier negotiation, the Account Managers look after all their event needs.
Similar to how our Venue Experts manage clients' enquiries, the Account Manager will source venue options via hirespace.com and reach out to Venue Managers for availability and cost. The main difference is that our Account Managers will act on the client's behalf until the booking contract is signed.
