New Fast Track Enquiry

When a client contacts a Hire Space Venue through hirespace.com, you'll receive an automated notification email:

  • Click the Respond button on your notification email to be redirected to the new enquiry.
  • On the enquiry page, you can see the client's event brief and contact details. Should anything change, you can update them, and even make private notes to the enquiry for future reference.
  • After contacting each client, confirm you have called or emailed the customer. This will move the enquiry to the In Progress tab. The quicker this is done, the better your response time! More on why response time matters.
  • A new enquiry will be open for 24 hours, after which it will expire and close automatically.
