New Fast Track Enquiry

When a client contacts a Hire Space Venue through hirespace.com, you'll receive an automated notification email:

  • Click the EMAIL / CALL button on your notification email to be redirected to the enquiry on your account. The customer's email address and phone number can be found there.
  • You can also use the SEND A QUICK REPLY button to message the customer quickly.
  • After contacting each customer, the enquiry will move to the In Progress tab. The quicker this is done, the better your response time! More on why response time matters
  • Decline the enquiry if it's not suitable for whatever reason. By clicking this button, the customer will be notified by email and no further action will be required. The enquiry will show as 'archived' on your account.
  • A new enquiry will be open for 24 hours, after which it will expire and close automatically.

We recommend users to use a Chrome browser when managing Hire Space enquiries for an optimal experience.
